Nuthin' fancy goin' on here, just a 2x4 and a bucket. Both were SEVERLY cleaned before use. When I mash them up really good before putting them in the press, it quadruples the amount of juice I get. Also, if I add a little water at this point, it seems to allow the fruit to release even more juice.
